Plays in Big Spirit

We do a lot of plays in Big Spirit. We do three big productions each year in November, March and July and most people come to Edinburgh with us in August too.

Last year we started with Bat Boy—The Musical which was great fun, and then something more heavyweight with The Caucasian Chalk Circle which stunned audiences because it was Brechtian Theatre done in a very modern and understandable way.

This year we are also putting on some smaller scale shows so everyone gets a chance to take a lead. It’s all part of the learning process here in Big Spirit!
